Cupertino Community Project: Voices and Visions

The PDC flagship civic engagement project developed over a five-year period involving close to 100 community events with residents, elected official and city staff. Divided into four phases, the first phase focused on identifying issues that were important to community members. After a series of interviews, facilitated group dialogue meetings, and large community forums, the final phase focused on institutionalizing dialogic forms of communication between and among City government, residents and demographic groups in the community.
